Shipping Policy

Your order will process for 24-48 hours before being shipped. The majority of orders will ship during the next business day.

Please note that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Any order placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will go out the following Monday. We also do not ship on major US holidays (New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc).

 

Track your Package

Once the shipping label is printed, an email with your tracking information will be sent to the given email address. 

 

PO Boxes and APO's

Yes, we do ship to both PO Boxes and APO's. 

 

Combine Shipping

Once you have submitted your order and it has been processed we cannot combine it with any other open orders. 

 

Change of Address

Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. If you have made an error, please be sure to contact us ASAP at support@magnetmod.com. We cannot guarantee that the change can be made, but we will make our best effort. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after your order has shipped. 

 

Return to Sender

Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to us as undeliverable. All return to send charges will be passed on to the customer. If there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned, there may be a charge to resend it to to the correct address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address, please contact as soon as possible at support@magnetmod.com.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@magnetmod.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages in Transit

MagMod is not responsible for damages that may occur to product during shipping, including product that is lost in transit. We suggest sending returns with proof of delivery.
