Where is my order?

If you have not received your order, here are a few situations as to why your shipment might be delayed:

  1. Your order is pending payment. 
  2. Your order hasn't shipped yet. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.
  3. Your order is still in transit. 
  4. Your order is being held in customs. One of the more unfortunate (and uncontrollable) parts about international shipments is that sometimes orders can get held up in your country’s customs office. This process can be only a day or two, but we have also seen it take up to 3 weeks for it to clear customs! This is sadly outside of our control :(
