Got a question about using the Reflector XL with video lights or monolights? Let’s break it down!

The Answer: It Depends!

The Reflector XL is primarily designed for use with studio strobes featuring Bowens, Godox, or Profoto mounts. This means it's not directly compatible with video lights or monolights that don’t have those specific mounts.

Important Considerations:

• Tungsten Modeling Lights: If you're using lights with tungsten modeling lights, keep in mind that Dome Gels are not compatible when the modeling light is installed. However, they'll work great with just the flash tube!

• Video Lights: Due to the high heat that video lights can produce, it is NOT advised to use them with our Reflector XL, XL modifiers, or Dome Gels. Use is at your own risk!
