We want you to love your gear as much as we do! If you need to return something, no worries—just follow these simple steps:

How to Return Your Gear

1. Check Our Return Policy: First, peek at our RETURN POLICY. You’ve got 30 days to return items in their original condition. Easy peasy!

2. Start Your Return: Head over to our RETURN PORTAL. Grab your order number and reason for returning, and let’s get rolling!

3. Choose Your Shipping Style:

   1. Option 1: DIY Shipping – Use your favorite carrier at your own cost. Just make sure it’s trackable so you can keep tabs on it!
   2. Option 2: Pre-Paid Label – Want us to make it easier? Select this in the portal! Just know the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Pack It Up: Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all the goodies—accessories, manuals, and more! 

5. Ship It Out: Drop off your package with your chosen carrier or use the pre-paid label. Don’t forget to keep your tracking number handy!

6. Get Your Refund: Once we get your gear back and give it the once-over, we’ll process your refund. It usually hits your original payment method in a few business days. If you used a pre-paid label, we’ll deduct that cost from your refund.
