We want you to get the most out of your MagMod product, and if you’re facing an issue, we’re here to help! Here’s how to file a warranty claim like a pro:

1. Gather Your Info: Start by collecting all the important details about your purchase. This includes your order number, where you snagged your gear, and the purchase date.

2. Show Us the Issue: Snap some photos or shoot a quick video that highlights the problem you’re experiencing with your MagMod product. We want to see what's up!

3. Fill Out the Warranty Claim Form: Just scroll down to our Warranty Claim form and fill it out. Be sure to provide your contact info, your physical mailing address, and don't forget to upload your proof of purchase along with those photos or videos!
