What Is Kickstarter?

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform that allows creators to bring new products to life with the support of their community. Instead of buying a product that’s already in stock, you’re backing a project that’s being produced. Your support helps make the MagStand possible, and in return, you’ll receive the MagStand as a reward once production is complete.

Backing a project is not the same as placing a standard retail order, but we’ll be with you the entire way to make the process clear and stress-free.

How Backing the MagStand Works

When you back the MagStand on Kickstarter, you’ll choose a reward tier that corresponds to the MagStand option you want. Once you select your reward and complete checkout, Kickstarter will authorize your payment method—but you won’t be charged unless the campaign successfully reaches its funding goal.

If the campaign is successful, your payment will be processed at the end of the campaign. From there, we’ll move into production and fulfillment.

When and How You’ll Receive Your MagStand

Kickstarter projects include an estimated delivery timeline, which we’ll share clearly on the campaign page. This timeline reflects the time needed for manufacturing, quality checks, and shipping.

Once production is complete and your MagStand is ready to ship, we’ll collect your shipping details and any final options (such as size selection, if applicable) through Kickstarter’s post-campaign survey system. You’ll receive updates along the way so you always know where things stand.

What Happens If the Campaign Doesn’t Fund?

If the MagStand campaign does not reach its funding goal, no charges are made. Your payment method will not be billed, and you won’t need to take any action. While we’re confident in the MagStand and excited about what we’ve built, Kickstarter is designed to be risk-aware and creator-friendly for backers.

For this Kickstarter campaign, we’re offering shipping to a limited set of regions so we can ensure reliable fulfillment and a smooth launch experience.

At this time, we are able to ship MagStand rewards to the following locations:

• Mexico

Unfortunately, we’re not able to support shipping to additional countries for this Kickstarter campaign. We know that may be disappointing for some, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we launch the MagStand for the first time.

The good news is that this is just the beginning. Once the Kickstarter campaign is fulfilled and the MagStand becomes available on our website, we plan to expand shipping options to additional locations where possible. We’ll share updates as more regions become available.

• Delivery takes place after the campaign ends and production is complete

• Shipping timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed ship dates

• Rewards are managed and fulfilled through Kickstarter, not our standard online order system

After the Kickstarter campaign is fulfilled, we plan to make the MagStand available on our website at a later date. Regardless of where you back or purchase, our commitment to quality, communication, and customer support remains exactly the same.
