How to Position Your MagGrid XL for StackingUpdated 7 months ago

Life is all about choices. And when using our Reflector XL there comes a new choice. The choice of, "Which direction do I want to face my MagGrid XL when I attach it to my Reflector XL?" And unlike some of the more philosophical choices that you might be faced with in life, there's actually a correct one here!
 

As we all know, only one side of a magnet will attract to another magnet. North pole to south pole. But the Reflector XL doesn't utilize magnets inside it and instead its collar is magnetic metal! This means that both sides of a magnet will stick to it (just like your refrigerator).

This begs the question of which side is the "right side" for your MagGrid XL to face. While you could pop it on either way, we recommend getting used to putting it on with the indicator number imprinted on it facing outwards.

The reason for this is that, if you want to use a MagGrid XL in combination with a MagShpere XL, or a second MagGrid XL, you'll need the magnet's poll to be facing in that direction. If it's facing the other way you won't be able to stack, and sadness will abound!
