From the very beginning, we at MagMod set out to create the best flash modifier system ever, and we stand by our products and every one of our loyal customers.  That is why every purchase comes with a no-nonsense 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you do not like the product for any reason, all you need to do is return the product within 30 days from the original purchase date, or delivery date, and we will refund 100% of your product payment & taxes, less any shipping label charge.

If the product is not in its original condition, or the MagMod issued RMA document is not included we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned goods.  If you have any questions about returning your MagMod merchandise, please send us an email.

If you experienced a problem or defect with the product, it may be covered by our Limited Warranty.  Please contact us with any concerns about the problem - our customers tell us we’re awesome with our customer service.

If you are wanting to return product that is outside of the 30 day window, send us an email. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution.

To snag a refund for a return package lost in transit, you’ll need to show us your proof of your drop-off receipt, so make sure you hold onto that after you leave your package with the carrier!
