We’re so excited to be moving into the fulfillment phase for MagStand! Whether you’re part of our first wave of Insider pledges or you’ll be shipping a bit later this summer, here’s everything you need to know about the timeline ahead and how to complete your BackerKit survey so your order goes out smoothly.
Fulfillment Timeline:
Fulfillment is happening in two waves so we can get orders moving as quickly as possible while we work through the full volume of the campaign.
Our first wave covers Insider pledges, around 1,200 orders, and is currently estimated to begin shipping toward the end of July. Our shipping container for this wave is on track to arrive in mid-July.
All other Kickstarter pledges will move into our second wave, which we expect to begin fulfilling in late summer. As with any international shipping, these timelines are estimates and may shift, so we’ll keep you updated as we get closer.
Why You Need to Complete the BackerKit Survey:
Kickstarter doesn’t share backer shipping addresses with creators, so we use a platform called BackerKit to collect that information directly from you. Completing your survey is the only way we’ll know where to send your MagStand, so this step is required for every backer.
Survey invitations will go out the week of June 29, 2026, to the email address associated with your Kickstarter pledge. Once you receive yours, you’ll have about two weeks to complete it before we begin locking orders for production. We’ll be reviewing surveys as they come in rather than waiting until the deadline, so there’s no harm in getting to it early.
If your survey isn’t completed in time, unfortunately we won’t have the information needed to ship your order, so please don’t let it slip by.
Completing Your Survey: What to Expect
The BackerKit survey is quick and doesn’t require creating an account. Here’s a quick look at what you’ll see:
Your email link opens directly to your pledge details — no login required.
Add-ons: we aren’t offering any additional add-on items at this time, so you can simply skip this step.
Shipping: confirm your current mailing address.
Confirm: review your order summary and, if there’s a remaining balance on your pledge, enter payment information before placing your order.

Once orders are locked for production, addresses can no longer be changed. If there’s any chance you’ll move between now and when your order ships, please reach out to us before your order is locked so we can update your shipping details.
About Your Tracking Number:
Here’s something good to know ahead of time so it doesn’t cause confusion: you may receive a tracking number several days before your order actually ships. Because of the sheer volume of orders we’re processing, we’re pre-printing all shipping labels in advance to help us sort everything efficiently and get orders out the door as fast as possible once they’re ready.
For Wave 1 backers, expect your tracking number to generate a little before your order actually ships. Once your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, it can take a day or two for tracking to reflect movement — so if things look quiet at first, there’s no need to worry.
