What is an open-box Item?
Open box products are in good physical and working condition. The product looks and functions as originally intended. Products may have very minimal wear and the packaging may be opened or may include stickers, tears or dents.
All products have been inspected and cleaned, and are ready to use!
Are open-box items eligible for warranty?
Open-box products are not eligible for MagMod’s limited 1-year warranty.
Can I return my open-box order?
All open-box sales are final and no returns will be granted.
The condition is not what I expected, can I get a refund?
All open-box sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless the item is found to have damages to the functionality (not cosmetics) of the item.
Can I change my order once I've submitted it?
Due to the speed at which the Open Box Sale items are packaged, postage printed, and sent out the door once orders are submitted we cannot guarantee that we can make any changes to it. This includes:
- Adding Items
- Removing Items
- Changes to the shipping address
How often do MagMod Open-Box Sales occur?
Our Open-Box Sales happen when we overstock returned items and items with damaged packaging. This can happen as often as every quarter or as rarely as once a year.
Does MagMod ship Open Box Sale items internationally?
We will ship Open Box Sale items internationally. This, unfortunately, comes with a catch though. MagMod is not responsible for any customs and duties upon import, and international shipping charges aren't cheap. We are constantly looking for ways to make things cheaper and easier to receive for all our customers, but this is a pain point we currently do not have a solution for yet.
Does everything ship together?
Not always. If you order enough Open Box items we may have to split them into two seperate packages. And if you purchase a mixture of new and Open Box Sale items, you will always recieve those items seperatly. Please be aware that in that case the items will be coming from 2 different locations (our office storage warehouse and our separate main shipping warehouse) and therefor one could be delivered a day or even 2 days sooner than the other.
Will MagMod send me a replacement if my package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered?
If your order shows undelivered and you believe it is lost, or if your order shows as delivered but you have not actually received it, please reach out to our customer support and we will look into the issue for you.
We will generally not be able to replace items from this sale, as they are limited in quantity and usually sell out.
