When we launched our MagMod XL Line, the first 500 customers who ordered received a free MagMod XL Essentials Pack, which included a brand new product named the MagMount.  Most people loved them, but a few were a bit confused.  So here's a quick tutorial for the confused.

This is the MagMount.  Quaint, unassuming.  But hiding a delightfully useful purpose.

The MagMount is a spring style clamp that is made from ferromagnetic metal (that's a fancy way of saying it's magnetic!) that attaches to most lightstands and even C-stands. It creates a surface  that you can attach your MagMod Modifiers to for easy access while you're shooting.

To attach the MagMount to your stand, simply line it up vertically and press firmly until it pops around the stand.  Then you can rotate it around in any direction to suit your needs. And once it's sitting just how you want it, just attach any of your magnetic MagMod modifiers to it.  It's so simple, and so convenient.
