We took our most popular speedlight modifier and we're putting it into the hands of all the strobe and monolight users that have wanted to use it for so long to create soft omnidirectional light. Meet the MagShpere 2's big brother, the MagSphere XL.

Bigger version of an already amazing modifier

With all the same beloved qualities of our best-selling MagShpere 2, the MagShpere XL is optimized for use with our Reflector XL as a stellar alternative to a small softbox for larger strobes, especially out in the field or on the move frequently.  It's also great for use with the MagRing 2, when you're using two mounted flashes at the same lighting angle.

Wind-proof

In typically windy locations that make using softboxes tricky, like a cliffside or beach, or on just a surprise blustery day, the MagShpere XL comes in clutch.  The MagSphere XL cuts a smaller profile, and doesn't catch the wind like an umbrella or softbox, so your setup won't get blown over and damage your expensive equipment.  And MagMod's patented magnetic attachment points mean that it's not going anywhere.

Fast, easy attachment

Attachment is a snap.  Mount directly to our MagRing 2 or Reflector XL, or you can stack the MagShpere XL with a MagGrid XL or two.  No clasps to fiddle with, no velcroe to hope holds.  Just the satisfying click of magnets connecting and holding tight without fail.
