Here at MagMod, we work hard AND we play hard!
While we do our best to process orders and respond to emails ninja-fast, we do observe the following holidays and shoo our hard-working employees out the door to spend time resting, visiting family, and having fun. We will not be in the office on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the following day
- Christmas Eve through New Year's Day
Our International shipping partners in Hong Kong observe different holidays than our USA-based staff that might affect when international orders are shipped out. This will mainly affect countries outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Those are holidays are as follows:

- Chung Yeung Festival (October 23, 2023)
- Christmas Day and the following day
