If you need to check the status of an order, or find a tracking number for your order shipment, please login or click the order link in your order confirmation email.
If, for some reason, the tracking number link provided isn't working, please check by manually going to the courier's site and entering the number there.
- USPS tracking numbers start with 9
- UPS tracking numbers start with 1Z
- FedEx tracking numbers start with 3
- Hong Kong Post tracking numbers end with an HK
If your tracking number still is not pulling up feel free to reach out to us and we'll look into it for you and get you corrected tracking information.
