Where is my order?

If you have not received your order, here are a few situations as to why your shipment might be delayed in the order they can happen:

  • Your order hasn't shipped yet. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.

  • Your order is still in transit. You should be able to check the tracking number in the email you received or by logging in

  • Your order is being held in customs. One of the more unfortunate (and uncontrollable) parts about international shipments is that sometimes orders can get held up in your country’s customs office. This process can sometimes be only a day or two, but we have also seen it take up to 3 weeks for it to clear customs! This is sadly outside of our control :(

  • Your order was mis-delivered or stolen upon delivery. We all hate it when that happens, but couriers aren't perfect, and random strangers are sometimes jerks. Couriers sometimes deliver your gear to Elm Street halfway across town instead of to you at Elm Avenue, and thieves sometimes can't resist a box sitting on the porch. If your tracking number states that your package is delivered but you've not received it, here are some steps to take.

Check with other members of your household. Sometimes it's been brought in by someone else and they left it somewhere you didn't think to look.

If your are in an apartment building, reach out to your mail-room or main office to see if they received it and are holding it.

Check with your neighbors. Sometimes the package just ended up next door.

Reach out to the courier and alert them to the situation. They can verify the delivery and can often attempt a retrieval request if they know where it actually went.

If you ordered your MagMod product from our Amazon or one of our licensed retailers, reach out to them to notify them of the issue.

If you purchased your MagMod product from us directly, email us and we'll look into it.
