Hey, MagFam! We’re thrilled to announce that you can now pre-purchase our newest game-changer, the Beauty Dish XL 20! While you might have to hang tight a bit before it lands on your doorstep, we know you’re going to love it as much as we do. We get that this can raise some questions, so we’ve put together a quick FAQ to clear things up. Let’s dive in!

When will I be charged for my Beauty Dish XL 20 order?

• Orders for the Beauty Dish XL 20 pre-order will be charged to your payment method at the time the order is placed.  Your payment will reserve your product until it's ready to ship!

When will my Beauty Dish XL 20 ship?

• If you are ordering at launch the Beauty Dish XL 20 orders will ship on or before January 31, 2025.
• If you order other items that are in stock those will ship with our normal shipping practices of within 2 business days of receiving your order with your Beauty Dish shipping on or before January 31, 2025.

Can I cancel my Beauty Dish XL 20 order if I change my mind? 

• Yes.  If you decide you would like to cancel your Beauty Dish XL 20 order before shipment, we're happy to take care of that for you.  Just reach out to our customer support 👉 HERE👈 

What if I decide to return my Beauty Dish XL 20?

• No problem!  Our 30 day Return Policy applies once your Beauty Dish Xl 20 order has shipped.  So if you don't find it suits your needs, simply start a return via our Return Portal - easy peasy!

Is my Beauty Dish XL 20 covered under warranty?

• Absolutely!  As with all our products, the Beauty Dish XL 20 comes with our 1-year Limited Warranty, with the option to purchase upgraded warranty coverage with our EXTEND Protection Plans

What if my shipping address changes before the Beauty Dish XL 20 ships?

• We got you!  While we'll always appreciate a heads up if your address changes, we'll be sending out an email when we're ready to drop your Beauty Dish XL 20 order in the mail.  So either keep an eye out for that email or drop us a line to let us know where to send your gear.  😊
